Our tigernut is the result of the effort of a group of organic farmers from Valencia’s orchard. We cultivate the tigernut for eight months as our grandparents did, without any chemical treatment. Then we wash and dry it in a natural way in a curing process that lasts three months. Thanks to this curing process, the starch of the tigernut is transformed into natural sugars, which give it the characteristic taste of the tigernut milk made with the tigernut from our own cultivation in Valencia’s orchard.

Tigernut flour is obtained by crushing and sifting the tigernuts, which have been previously subjected to a special drying process, and it is packed in a protective atmosphere so that it keeps all its properties.

Nutritionists have a critical view of adding isolated dietary fibre, such as bran, to their diet. It makes more sense to select products that are high in dietary fibre, which also contain other vital substances such as vitamins and minerals. Tigernut flour can meet these needs.
