We cultivate the tigernut for eight months as our grandparents did without any chemical treatment. Thanks to the curing process, the starch of the tigernut is transformed into natural sugars that give it the characteristic flavour of tigernuts grown in the Huerta de Valencia.

‘Tiggy’spreadable cream contains no preservatives or colouring agents, no lactose or palm oil, and is made with unrefined cane sugar. Tiggy’ is 100% vegetable

Its tigernut base makes it a heart-healthy and antioxidant product, due to its high content of oleic and folic acids and phytosterols, helping to maintain the blood cholesterol level. Contains essential amino acids such as arginine, a precursor of prolactin. High in soluble vegetable fibre, so it can prevent intestinal function disorders, and even helps prevent colon cancer. It has a prebiotic effect, and facilitates the digestion of carbohydrates. Rich in minerals, including phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, and vitamins E and C.

Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature. Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within two months.
