ANTARA beer has been conceived as the food of antiquity, a perfect mixture of cereals, tigernuts and hop flowers. It transcends with a second fermentation in the bottle leaving the natural yeasts to settle. It has not been filtered or pasteurised.

The sweetness of the tigernut mitigates the bitterness of the hops and gives it a mild but very personal taste. The starch and proteins of the tigernut give it a dense body and a very consistent foam.
