Tigernut oil is the natural juice of the tigernut obtained by cold pressing. Tigernut from harvest in orchard contains a high percentage of oil, more than 30%. We can highlight the presence of cardioprotective fatty acids such as oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids. Unsaturated fatty acids 84%. Oleic acid 70% (higher than many olive varieties), and up to 5 times more phytosterols than olive oil.
