Tigernut oil is the natural juice of the tigernut obtained by cold pressing. Tigernut from harvest in orchard contains a high percentage of oil, more than 30%. We can highlight the presence of cardioprotective fatty acids such as oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids. Unsaturated fatty acids 84%. Oleic acid 70% (higher than many olive varieties), and up to 5 times more phytosterols than olive oil.

This composition is ideal from a medical point of view, as oleic acid and phytosterols help to maintain under control blood cholesterol levels and contribute to the reduction of triglycerides. It is also rich in vitamins such as D and E.
